MISSION:Churches Embracing Offenders is a non-profit agency dedicated to ministering to the spiritual, physical, emotional, and social needs of non-violent offenders living in and returning to the community from incarceration. VISION: We service our brothers and sisters in Christ with fairness, respect and compassion by empowering them to make life-changing choices sustained by the healing power of a loving God. Through strong partnerships with families, communities, churches, and the legal system, CEO provides ex-offenders the support and resources needed to break the cycle of returning to crime and ultimately to incarceration.
