No diesel death zone. huge warehouse project Proposed at NorthEast corner of Redondo Beach Blvd and Vermont AveNUE in Harbor Gateway Prologis is a publicly traded multinational real estate investment trust REIT with over 3 BILLION dollars in yearly revenue. In 2017 Prologis applied for approval of the project from the City of Los Angeles to build a 340298 square foot warehouse with 24hour seven day a week operation on the Harbor GatewayGardena border.
