The Dragonfly Harbor is a 501(c)(3) that serves survivors of trafficking and sexual assault. The Dragonfly Harbor is a 501(c)(3) created to fill gaps in services for human trafficking survivors in Louisiana. We help human trafficking victims with resources and support on their journey from rescue to reintegration. We also work to build a healthier, more resilient community through mental health services, awareness, and outreach.
