Its main goals are to remove animals from high-kill shelters and homeless situations; provide vaccines, spay/neuter services and medical services as needed; and seek people to adopt, foster, donate, sponsor or volunteer to help save the lives of worthy animal souls.CiMAR's primary area of focus is the surrounding communities of Austin, TX.
