Celtic Arts Foundation Featured Highland Games Join us for the 28th Annual Skagit Valley Highland Games on Saturday July 13th and Sunday July 14th at the Skagit County Fairgrounds. Winter School 2026 Winter School is a rare opportunity to learn from some of the best players and the most creative instructors of Celtic music while spending time in community with fellow musicians and music appreciators.
