Celtic Arts Foundation Featured Highland Games Join us for the 28th Annual Skagit Valley Highland Games on Saturday July 13th and Sunday July 14th at the Skagit County Fairgrounds. Winter School 2026 Winter School is a rare opportunity to learn from some of the best players and the most creative instructors of Celtic music while spending time in community with fellow musicians and music appreciators. Recurring Events Irish Music Sessions Scottish Music Sessions Contra Dances for Everyone Scottish Country Dance Classes Bagpipes For Beginners coming up Pub Sing Smallpipes Lending Program Bagpipes for Beginners Tues and Thurs Week 2 Building community around Celtic music art and culture. CAF produces regional Celtic events throughout the year including the Skagit Valley Highland Games Bellingham Celtic Festival Masters of Scottish Arts Concert and Winter School.
