Mission Statement of the Russell Home for Atypical Children The mission of The Russell Home for Atypical Children is to provide quality of care along with unconditional love of children and child-like adults with multiple special needs. Providing a family atmosphere residential home, 24 hour respite care, dance classes, art classes and socialization with others to promote personal growth and confidence.

The Home is the only private nonprofit facility of its kind for severely disabled children in Central Florida. A Nurturing Environment A central tenet of the Russell Home is to encourage each and every child to develop to his or her highest potential. We celebrate the efforts and accomplishments of everychild here in our home andas a result the children demonstrate pride in their own personal achievements.
