We accomplish this mission by providing one year of transitional housing along with Family Self-Sufficiency Program services including case management, life skills classes, budget and credit counseling, employment assistance, housing navigation, and access to our two free donation centers and respite care for children.

Home - Partners in Housing Get in Touch What We Do Partners in Housing provides one year of transitional housing and supportive services to families experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of becoming homeless with the goal of achieving selfsufficiency. As of June 3rd 2024 the Partners in Housing Transitional Housing program application process has been restructured to efficiently meet the needs of families. Due to limited housing availability we are currently unable to process applications for family sizes exceeding 1 adult and 1 child.
