Advocate. Donate. Volunteer. Speak up for children in foster care in Passaic and Union Counties. Passaic County CASA, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that champions the best interests of children in the child welfare and foster care systems through a trio of complementary yet distinct programs. The Advocacy Program promotes and supports professionally trained court-appointed volunteer advocates for children in out-of-home placement. CASA volunteers serve as a child's voice in court and are committed to ensuring that needed services and assistance are made available to children in out-of-home placements, while at the same time helping move these children toward safe, nurturing and permanent homes. The New Jersey Safe Babies Court Team provides an evidence backed initiative in Hudson, Essex and Passaic Counties for families of infants and toddlers under age three.
