RCD creates and preserves affordable housing for people with the fewest options, to build community and enrich lives.  For 35 years, RCD has addressed the issues of housing and poverty by providing quality housing at a rent that is deeply affordable to low-income households - for seniors, working families and people with disabilities. Our properties include onsite services and property management offices, community rooms, outdoor space, children’s playgrounds, and computer centers to support a strong community. Our inclusive model of development encourages complete communities for people of varying ages, abilities and family size, to create vibrant communities that meet diverse needs and build broader economic opportunity and social equity.
