Ucross is a world-class artist residency program on a historic 20,000-acre ranch in northern Wyoming. The Ucross Foundation aims to foster fresh and innovative thinking in the arts, literature and music by providing residencies, workspace, and uninterrupted time to individual artists, writers and composers. The Foundation looks for residents whose work reflects a depth of individual creative exploration and the potential for significant future accoumplishments. Ucross actively seeks to support an appreciation for vibrant human creativity and to cast a reflection into the future from the cultural mirror of our lives and times.

UCROSS FOUNDATION
Ucross Fellow Ann Quinn spent time at Ucross in the winter of 2023. She found inspiration in the land, wildlife, and sounds of our historic 20,000-acre ranch. Her newest exhibition, “The Last Wolf,” is an amalgam of both Ucross, Wyoming, and Donegal, Ireland and her experiences in these places, as well as an homage to wolves and all wild creatures.
