To provide a fund accessible to first responders that provided mutual aid to Rowlett, Texas in the days and weeks following the 12-26-15 EF4 tornado that destroyed much of the city.And to provide quality desirable, fun after-school programs for kids in our community to educate and entertain them, and to keep them busy and out of trouble in their free time.
