MPN also includes the clinicopathologically assigned variants chronic neutrophilic leukemia chronic eosinophilic leukemia hypereosinophillic syndrome chronic basophilic leukemia chronic monomyelomonocytic leukemia systemic mastocytosis and unclassified myeloproliferative disorder.
