Founded in 2016 as an international 501(c)(3) by world renowned oceanographic explorer, conservationist and documentary filmmaker @fcousteau. The Fabien Cousteau Ocean Learning Center (“OLC”), is an international 501(c)3 organization. The mission of the FCOLC is dedicated to protecting and preserving our planet's waters, coastal areas, and marine habitats by facilitating education, research, collaboration, advocacy, and empowerment. Like his renowned grandfather, Jacques Yves-Cousteau, Fabien has devoted his life to his passion for marine education, research and connecting the new generation to our ocean. Fabien believes it is not only his mission, but our collective responsibility to inspire individuals and equip communities with the knowledge and tools necessary to restore, protect and ensure the health of our ocean. We collaborate with our partners to develop educational initiatives, conservation efforts and marine research projects that will protect the earth’s waters while connecting the world to our ocean.
