The Kemberly Ramer Memorial Foundation, Inc is administered by private individuals. This scholarship fund was established in 2020 by friends in loving memory of Kem who was tragically taken from us in 1997. It is our hope that this scholarship will afford the recipient(s) the opportunity to further their education. One of many things that Kem was not allowed to experience.
