BLAAC is a 501c3 whose mission is to help build knowledgeable, socially responsible communities The mission of the Bailey Learning and Arts Collective (BLAAC) is to help build knowledgeable, self-sustainable, socially responsible communities and leaders via a grassroots ideology through low and no-cost educational opportunities, community partnerships, social entrepreneurial opportunities, and artistic expression and instruction. Our first official program, The Queens Room Empowerment Group, and Virtual S.H.E. Shed offer women tools and resources to implement Self-Care, Healing, and Empowerment into their lives.
