Perinatal Consortium for Educational Opportunities PCEO is a collaborative effort of perinatal professionals who represent organizations that provide perinatal services within and surrounding the Region II perinatal outreach area. The goal of PCEO is to provide resources and educational opportunities that enhance the quality of perinatal nursing practice.
