Finding healing one breath at a time! At MMC, in partnership with Cancer Warriors Las Cruces, we are offering free yoga classes every Monday and Wednesday. These classes provide a safe, welcoming space for cancer survivors and caregivers to reconnect with their bodies, regain strength, and nurture inner peace. Led by compassionate instructors Margo and Kendra, each session is thoughtfully designed with care and intention.
