Our purpose is promoting the Phoenix High School Instrumental Ensembles, Marching Band, Colorguard, and Drum Line programs; to encourage the musical training of students in every way possible; to promote and publicize the importance and needs of the Instrumental Ensembles, Marching Band, Colorguard and Drum Line program to students, school and community.
