(THE NONPROFIT) IS ORGANIZED FOR THE CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE OF MAINTAINING A MUSEUM COMMEMORATING THE HISTORIC ROUTE 66 IN VICTORVILLE, CALIFORNIA.THE NONPROFIT WILL OPEN AND OPERATE A MUSEUM DEDICATED TO ENGAGING AND INFORMING THE PUBLIC OF THE CULTURAL AND ECONOMIC VALUE OF PROTECTING RESOURCES, ENCOURAGING HERITAGE TOURISM OF HISTORICALLY SIGNIFICANT SITES, ASSISTING IN THE REHABILITATION OF HISTORIC PROPERTIES, IDENTIFYING PROBLEMS AND ISSUES, FORMULATING ANSWERS AND STRATEGIES, AND INITIATING PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS TO ENSURE THE CONSERVATION AND PRESERVATION OF THE HISTORICALLY SIGNIFICANT SITES. THE MUSEUM WILL HOUSE VARIOUS ARTIFACTS AND CARS, EDUCATE THE PUBLIC, ENCOURAGE APPRECIATION OF HISTORY, AND SPARK ENTHUSIASM FOR FUTURE ADVANCEMENTS IN TRAVEL.
