JazzReach is a nationally recognized New York City-based not-for-profit organization dedicated to the promotion, performance, creation and teaching of jazz music. Primarily targeting young audiences, JazzReach programs aim to illuminate the unique way that jazz is a unifying force, bridging cultural, religious, ethnic and age differences; is a multifaceted art form which continues to birth and nurture new stylistic idioms and cultural fusions; has had historic, pervasive and continuing influence on other genres of music both here and abroad; symbolizes our nation?s highest democratic aspirations and ideals; provides a model for the highest levels of self expression and artistic refinement.
