Action Commit Transition was founded for purpose to facilitate and organize fund raising activities to pay for programs to provide life skills, job training, job placement, low income transitional housing, and promotion of the general welfare for impoverished and financially disadvantaged persons of all ages and or any other charitable purpose. A.C.T. exists to Empower our Citizens, 1st responders, and Veterans in need. Action: Assist, Coach, Train to educate and empower the unemployed, transitioning and displaced. Commit: Create and develop life skills classes, Training certificate programs, housing and financial assistance. Transition: Thrive as productive members of our community
