Our mission is to compassionately serve and empower low-income, homeless, and socially isolated seniors within Los Angeles County through the creation of programs to fight social isolation and more. Our mission is to compassionately serve and empower low-income, homeless, and socially isolated seniors within Los Angeles County, with a special focus on those from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds, the LGBTQ+ elderly community, and seniors with disabilities. We are dedicated to breaking the barriers of social isolation through innovative and inclusive social isolation prevention programs. Our comprehensive approach includes assistance with system navigation, financial assistance, housing navigation assistance, and advocacy. We are committed to fostering a connected, supportive, and vibrant community where every senior feels valued, included, and engaged.
