Kokomo Urban Outreach Inc
The UP™ Program at Kokomo Urban Outreach is a youth development initiative that equips young people with essential life skills, education and work ethic to become self-reliant adults. We mentor children/teens from 3 years old to 18 years old. The ultimate goal is to stop generational poverty. Participants learn work ethics, life skills and have access to tutors to help them to finish high school. After completing the program teens are able to take care of themselves as a self-reliant adults.

Kokomo Urban Outreach Kokomo Urban Outreach Kokomo Urban Outreach Kokomo Urban Outreach The Home of the UP Programs Our Mission Our mission is to ensure that every young person in Howard County has the education work ethics and life skills needed to transition successfully into a selfreliant adult. In November 2016 Jeff Newton and Deanna Ancil with Kareen Dunn joining a bit later embarked on a mission to ignite the potential within young men ages 1018 through the ManUP initiative the genesis of the UP Program. The resounding success of this endeavor paved the way for StepUP for Girls launched in February 2017 to empower young women with the same core values and life skills. The UP family grew once more in September 2018 with the introduction of MiniUP nurturing the youngest members ages three to nine.
