Externally members of the Washington Coalition of Rabbis are frequently invited to speak on panels testify before the Washington State Legislature and city councils and provide Jewish perspectives on pressing social issues. Internally the WCR serves as a forum for rabbis to confer and promote communal issues to facilitate cooperative programs among congregations organizations and agencies and to serve as a Jewish educational and informational resource.
