The Ann Harris Initiative The Ann Harris Initiative for Emergency Veterinary Care was created to honor the legacy of service compassion and talent that Ann Harris DVM has provided to generations of people and their beloved pets. This initiative aims to provide programs and resources to stabilize and revitalize veterinary emergency medicine in the Central New York region. To address the crippling staffing shortage we are providing scholarship and tuition repayment grants to those pursuing Licensed Veterinary Technician training and interested in emergency care.
