This unique program allows our STARSto share their talents with the South Texas area through public engagements and entertaining performances. Special Programs for Special Hearts Our program is specifically designed for individuals with special needs who want to explore art music dance theater and film. Trained professionals will lead classes and workshops and can culminate in live performances for family friends and the community.
