California Indian Manpower Consortium, Inc.

CIIMC was created in 1978 as a nonprofit to work for the social welfare, educational and economic advancement of its member tribes, groups, organizations and Indians and other Native Americans living in its service area. The primary purpose is to offer training, employment, and other activities designed to meet the employment and training needs of the client population. CIMC also administers programs designed to promote community self-help activities, assist clients to achieve economic self-sufficiency, provide direct services to alleviate poverty, provide professional economic development services, and improve the educational attainment levels of Native American youth and adults.
