Today the Rocket Academy in Cedar Grove brought students out for our Tour for Schools. This tour was all about turning curiosity into real-world learning! 🧠💡 Students had the chance to step inside the homebuilding process and explore various stages—from the skeleton of framing 🪚, to the careful work of drywalling 🧱, to the finishing touches that make a house feel like home 🖼️🚪. It was an eye-opening experience that sparked questions, excitement, and maybe even a few future builders / trades persons in the making! 🏗️💬 We’re always proud to share the craft, the process, and the people who bring these spaces to life. This week our Education Committee was able to present both Plymouth High School and Howards Grove High School with their selection of FREE TOOLS for participating in our Tools For Schools Corn Hole Board Competition. Students from both high schools created 3 different boards that we have raffled off at different events. Plymouth won 1st place and community choice (for a total of $1,250 in tools) and Howards Grove took 2nd (for a total of $750 in tools).
