Community Labs Community Labs began with a simple mission in 2020 Keep San Antonio Open. We devised a largescale PCR COVID19 screening service that grew to over 300 locations across San Antonio Bexar County and Laredo. As a nonprofit we were able to provide this service free to the public. Many businesses schools and people relied on our screening test and sub 24hr turnaround of results to keep their operations open and running smoothly during a time of great uncertainty.
