The Workforce Development Board of Central Ohio (WDBCO) is the Governance and Policy Board for Area 11, Columbus and Franklin County Workforce Development. Collaborating with partners throughout Franklin County and Central Ohio, Aspyr leads the development and implementation of highly innovative and measurably effective workforce strategies and programs that build prosperity for all. TO PARTNER WITH AREA BUSINESSES AND ORGANIZATIONS ON WORKFORCE NEEDS SO THAT PEOPLE ARE FULLY EMPLOYED AT THEIR ABILITY AND POTENTIAL IN THE THRIVING CENTRAL OHIO ECONOMY.
