At Augusta Blues Company, Inc our primary goal is to introduce this unique American genre-the Blues-promoting it to an audience of young and old. Preserving it through not only an introduction, but through a robust educational workshop program that will not only explore the music, but will additionally acknowledge the impact Blues had, and continues to have, on the social and cultural landscapes of America. Ultimately we look to create a Blues & Roots museum to celebrate Georgia's rich music history with a Hall of Fame to preserve the music for the future.
