California Utilities Emergency Association CUEA serves as a pointofcontact for critical infrastructure utilities and the California Office of Emergency Services Cal OES and other Governmental Agencies before during and after an event to Facilitate Facilitate communications and cooperation between member utilities and public agencies and with nonmember utilities where resources and priorities allow.
