We Believe in Second Chances Our Why My Way Out was created from the entrepreneurial vision of two Latinx justiceimpacted individuals who initially designed a technology platform with local impact and national implications to resolve barriers to employment and then expanded their vision to include a nonprofit 501 c 3 organization to empower and enrich the lives of justiceimpacted individuals. My Way Out leaders program participants and community stakeholders all subscribe to the belief that each individuals mistakes do not define who they are but what they do afterward. My Way Out brings together a racially diverse community of resources supportive service providers and employers.
