MildCats at ASU | 501(c)3 | Arizona | ASU Home Mildcats at ASU is a 501c3 organization dedicated to caring and managing the feral cat population on the Arizona State University campus. We practice trap neuter and return TNR with adult feral cats and foster socialize and adopt cats and kittens that are deemed sociable. We are volunteerbased and do not have a shelter. Through the hard work of our volunteers performing TNR we have stabilized the campus cat population and are focused on feeding and maintaining the current colony39s health and wellbeing.
