My Heart's Home Our mission is to develop mixeduse communities featuring supportive amenities that increase opportunities for community integration including socialization employment volunteering and recreation and that address the special housing needs of people with developmental disabilities veterans and older adults. The United States is experiencing extreme shortages of available affordable and appropriate housing for those with special needs including people with developmental disabilities wounded veterans and older adults. Adults with intellectual and developmental disabilties and veterans are disproportionately represented in the homeless population And concerningly the housing crises these populations face are expected to increase exponentially in the coming years. Together we can change this.
