Our commitment is to train youth ages 1217 in leadership and life skills through educational and ranch life programs that enrich their lives and characters equipping them to become confident successful leaders. Lead ChangesAn Incredible Growth Opportunity for Young People Lead Changes offers leadership programs including horsemanship skills for youth aged 1217 from rural communities to innercity neighborhoods with varied economic racial and ethnic backgrounds. On a working horse ranch outside Dubois WY boys and girls have the chance to participate in activities that include horsemanship instruction archery fly fishing overnight camping cattle drives team building and responsibilities for the care of horses and ranch life.
