We aim to elevate the health of our communities by welcoming people into endurance sports. We put on as many free weekly workouts, and monthly instructional clinics, as we can. Our aim is that every adult in the intermountain west has access to at least one weekly group swim, bike and run workout within 30 minutes of their home or work.
