Kali Yoga Project Teach Inform Heal Our mission is to make the principles and practice of yoga more accessible to addicts and alcoholics in substance use disorder treatment facilities throughout the state of California. Who We Are The Kali Yoga Project is a 501c3 nonprofit operating out of San Diego California. The Kali Yoga Project was founded by the two of us an addiction counselor and a yoga teacher who came together with the goal of delivering an accessible transformative and healing yoga practice to addicts and alcoholics throughout the county. We tailor our classes to the community we will serve and all generally include traumasensitive yoga through gentle movement breathwork and teachings of mindfulness and stress relieving techniques.
