• Elaine Lumsden: Elaine serves as the director and has a strong background in animal health, having managed an animal hospital and been active in wildlife rehabilitation.

• Kim Holland: As treasurer, Kim brings her expertise from over two decades in the healthcare industry, alongside her passion for community service.

• Board Members: Other key members include Susan Ervin, who serves as an attorney advocate, and Kim Tatum, who has a background in criminal justice and is involved in animal rescue efforts.

Impact and Events

Highland Canine Connect hosts an annual Cornhole Fundraiser, which is a significant event featuring local vendors and a competitive tournament. Proceeds from this event support community initiatives, including their Dogs in Schools program and service dog donations.
