Home Taylor Bay Beach Club HOA The Community Taylor Bay is a gated community located near the south end of Key Peninsula with a beach accessible to all community members. The community was established in the 1960s and officially became a homeowners association HOA in the early 1990s comprising approximately 150 homes. In terms of environmental compliance we are not only concerned but actively engaged in addressing issues. We work closely with key government agencies and private contractors to safely and effectively resolve routine environmental matters with special consideration for our unique environment.
