Colorado CASA Help us ensure every child in Colorado has a voice and a hopeful future Court Appointed Special Advocates Court Appointed Special Advocates are volunteers who advocate for children involved in the child welfare system. CASA volunteers are recruited trained and supervised by local CASA nonprofits. Many of these local CASA organizations offer additional services to families and children to further our common mission of giving all children in Colorado the opportunity to thrive. Colorado CASA Colorado CASA is the statewide association for Colorados 19 local CASA programs.
