We’re excited to share that our friends at Aurum Breckenridge—the winner of FIRC Night Out 2025—are hosting a Fall Harvest Dinner on September 24, 2025. This special dining experience will feature locally sourced produce from the Palisade harvest, crafted into a multi-course menu by Chef Jim Zoeller, with optional wine pairings, cocktails, and mocktails. A portion of the evening’s proceeds will directly support FIRC’s work in food security, peer support, health & wellness, and financial empowerment for Summit County families.
