Who We Are UP Community Impact Fund UPCIF is a Federally certified Community Development Financial Institution CDFI established to promote economic development in distressed communities by providing UP CIF was founded and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Urban Partnerships Community Development Corporation UPCDC to support its efforts in small business incubation and job creation. UP CDC is a nonprofit economic development organization specializing in real estate development.
