Home | New Archangel Dancer New Archangel Dancers Home About Shows Become a Dancer Photo Library Contact More Since 1969 the mission of the New Archangel Dancers has been to promote and encourage interest in Alaska39s Russian history and culture through folk dance and song. These were prominent in Sitka during the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. The Dancers support the performing arts in the community of Sitka and promote and encourage tourism. The New Archangel Dancers are accepting show requests for special occasions and taking those case by case.
