We are building a new future for San Francisco by providing people experiencing homelessness a home combined with support services, like mental health services and job training, and advocating for policies that alleviate and prevent homelessness. Community Housing Partnership’s mission is to help individuals experiencing homelessness secure housing and become self-sufficient. We do this by developing and managing high quality supportive housing and providing services to homeless individuals, seniors and families to help them rebuild their lives and permanently break the cycle of homelessness.
