Encouraging and Promoting SelfReliant Living Our dream is that every person with a physical disability will have access to affordable barrierfree living leading to greater independence. QUAD is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping adults with physical disabilities. We accomplish our mission by providing a model of affordable housing that is barrierfree and allows individuals with disabilities to live independently. Each facility offers the unique feature of residentdirected shared attendant care services and our wheelchairaccessible apartments are specially fitted to help residents live life comfortably.
