Fortitude Wellness Inc
Fortitude wellness provides access to a holistic array of services including Virtual wellness services, NLP training, C.B.T. Training, Fitness, access to other services that promote health, independence, and self-sufficiency. Fortitude wellness is developing a library of educational brochures that describe the ecological history of the area and the importance of the health and mind. Versions of these brochures are being developed for both students and adults. Additionally, Fortitude wellness aims to conduct semi-annual “state of the mind” educational sessions at the local library where we discuss what is currently happening in the mind and with local minds and ask community members to engage in helping address the most pressing challenges.
