KUAKINI HEALTH SYSTEM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS INCLUDING MANAGEMENT AND FINANCIAL SERVICES TO ALL SUBSIDIARIES OF THE CORPORATION.
