Reconstructing Life
Our mission is to prevent recidivism by training to Ex- Offenders, Military Veterans, Low Incomed & Under Skilled individuals. We offer paid training on heavy & medium size construction equipment while learning the recycling process of construction demolition debris. We also train in deconstruction & demolition. Reconstructing Life program wants to contribute to those needing a second chance. Providing Soft Skill Training, Developmental Training & On Job Training will help them to live, learn, and work in their communities as skilled citizens, while achieving independence to enhance their lives. In addition participants gain employment with one of our associated entities. We believe that with positive employment & skill training, the participants ability to make a positive impact is better
