TO HAVE A THEATRE PROGRAM THAT FOCUSES ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ARTIST FIRST AND FOREMOST; THAT SUPPORTS HEALTHY COLLABORATION; THAT HAS AT ITS FOUNDATION THE BASIC PRINCIPLES THAT EVERYONE CAN CONTRIBUTE, THAT ALL PEOPLE DESERVE SUPPORT AND DIGNITY IN THEIR INDIVIDUAL JOURNEYS.
